One of the main objectives of the summer camp experience is to completely break children out of their usual routine and help them detach from their family bubble for a short period, in order to foster their independence and autonomy. Attending camp is an opportunity for them to share unforgettable moments with other children, learn to assert themselves, and make their own choices, all under the guidance of an experienced team. To this end, visits and phone calls are not permitted during their stay. However, parents are encouraged to write to their children. Campers eagerly await the delivery of mail! There are three ways to send correspondence:
- Write letters in advance and submit them to the camp management at the beginning of the stay;
- Write and mail the letter(s) to the following address:
1200, 14th Avenue, Val-Morin (Québec) J0T 2R0 – be sure to send it early enough for your child to receive it during their stay, despite delivery delays. - Write a letter and send by email to [email protected].
It is understandable that this new experience at summer camp may be a source of concern for parents. However, rest assured that our team will contact you promptly if necessary.
