All our employees are selected based on their experience, energy, creativity, and sense of responsibility. Having completed at least secondary school (Grade 10), they must also hold their Diplôme d’Aptitudes aux Fonctions d’Animateur (DAFA), a first aid certification, and a valid competence certificate, if required by their area of expertise. They must also consent to a background check and participate in various ongoing training sessions throughout the season. As a result, all counsellors and specialists are fully equipped to intervene appropriately at all times.
