The Apprentice counsellor program is a training program designed to introduce young people aged 13 to 15 to the world of animation, enabling them to confirm whether they possess the required qualities and aptitudes, to learn the basics of animation and to develop skills that will eventually enable them to join the animation team.
The week before their arrival, apprentice counsellors receive an e-mail informing them of the logistics surrounding their Monday welcome, their assignment, and inviting them to consult the attached Participant’s Guide. During their stay, supervised by experienced counsellors and a coordination team available to give them constructive feedback when necessary, they are asked to accompany a group, enabling them to put into practice what they have read and observed (animated movement, leading a game, accompanying a child, etc.).
Under the supervision of an experienced counsellor, the apprentice counsellor will be assigned to a group and will have to follow the activity schedule.
5-day stays are offered between June 23 and August 15, 2025.
