Only those 18 years of age or older are eligible to use the online payment service. In order to be used by those under 18 years of age, supervision by a parent or legal guardian is required. Users should be aware of the following terms and conditions in order to know their rights and responsibilities.
User Account
As a user of the online payment service, it is necessary to create an account. It is the responsibility of the user to keep all the information about his/her account private. He/she is fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account and all transactions made.
To proceed to the payment of an inscription, the user must enter his/her email address and password to authenticate the account and, thus, to proceed with any transactions.
The user must agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the online payment service. H/she agrees that Edphy International and / or Camps and Clubs de jour E.I will withhold and use any information the user has provided for the purposes of maintaining the account and for billing purposes.
Registration policy
As accessibility to the camp is essential for many families, and places are limited, we are counting on everyone’s cooperation to reserve only the number of weeks really needed. Additional weeks can be added at a later date, subject to availability.
Sleepaway and day camps:
Registration for summer or day camps must be made directly via the Customer ares: https://secure.edphy.com/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=%2f
Payments can be made by cash, Interac transfer or credit card.
Groups :
For groups, a quote must be requested by contacting us directly before the contract is finalized and sent.
When the representative signs the contract, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total invoice amount is required. This amount can be paid by cash, certified cheque (made payable to EDPHY INTERNATIONAL) or credit card.
All additional amounts must be paid on arrival.
Promotional Codes
Edphy International and / or Camps et Clubs de jour E.I. reserves the right to validate promotional codes (employee numbers related to corporate benefits for example). These additional conditions will validate the transaction.
Cancellation policy
Sleepaway camp and Day camps:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the following address: [email protected]. Our customer service department will review your request and inform you of any applicable terms and conditions.
Groups:
The person responsible for the group can, by written notice only, terminate the contract before it comes into force as follows:
More than 60 days before the start of your stay: no charge
between 30 and 60 days before the beginning of the stay: Reimbursement of 50% of the deposit (25$ of total amount)
Less than 30 days before the start of your stay: no refund of the deposit.
Modification and cancellation policy
All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the following address: [email protected]. Our customer service department will review your request and inform you of any applicable terms and conditions.
Formation of groups policy
Applicable to our sleepaway camp and day camps only
The groups are formed taking into account the age of the children and the ratios suggested by the Quebec Association of Camps. However, the management team reserves the right to pair age groups if there are insufficient enrolments in any certain program.
Cancellation Policy by the camp
Applicable to our sleepaway camp and day camps only
The organization reserves the right to cancel any program or option if the minimum number of registrations is not reached, or for any other reason beyond its control, preventing it from ensuring a spirit and quality of entertainment in line with its standards. Any sums already paid will be reimbursed.
Behavioural Policy
Applicable to our sleepaway camp and day camps only
The management reserves the right to remove a child from the group and camp for any length of time it deems necessary, if the child disrupts activities or, through his/her behavior, jeopardizes his/her safety or that of others. In the event of major misbehavior (bullying, drug or alcohol use, violence, etc.) or the accumulation of several misbehaviors (see Behavioural Intervention code), parents will be contacted and asked to pick up their child as soon as possible.
Late Fee Policy
Applicable to day camps only
A fee of $50 per child will be charged for any child arriving before 8:30 a.m. or leaving after 4:30 p.m. who is not registered for daycare.
Additional fees of $1 per minute (between 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm) and $3 per minute (after 6:15 pm) will be required, and payable on the same day, for any delay in closing the day care service after 6 pm. These fees are applicable from the first minute, without exception.
