  • Plan and organize day camp operations
  • Monitor the quality of services directly offered to participants and submit to the general director any situation affecting the satisfaction and well-being of children
  • Assume responsibility for major interventions with participants, their parents and staff
  • Replace the general director when she is absent from the site, represent the organization
