Multisports - ages 4 to 15
Presentation of the program
The Multisports program, animated in French or in English, suggests a variety of activities allowing children to take advantage of their summer holidays by being active and playing outdoors!
The suggested activities, popular or less-known, are adapted to each age group in order to promote development and their interests. Themed animations and large-scale activities, as well as an end of day gala (exclusive to campers!), are also part of the schedule each week. Everything necessary to have fun!

Duration and availability
5-day stays are offered between June 26th and August 18th, 2023.
Personal belongings
- Sports attire;
- Running shoes (sandals are to be avoided);
- Bathing suit (one-piece), towel;
- Hat, cap;
- Sunscreen;
- Lunch box with one or two snacks and a water bottle.
We provide all sports equipment required for the practice of the scheduled activities.

Multisports combos - ages 4 to 15
Concept presentation
The combos make it possible to reconcile the regular practice of physical activities thanks to the Multisports program and participation in a more specialized activity allowing children to develop new interests or skills.
Available combos
Multisports/Arts – 4 to 6 years old
Young children are encouraged to participate in several sports activities, in addition to learning, through various activities available to them, different forms of art such as fine arts, drama, dance and music.
Multisports/Mini circus – 4 to 8 years old
In addition to exercising their motor skills by participating in many sports activities, the young children will explore acrobatic, aerial, balance and manipulation disciplines related to the circus world!
English Multisports / Language course – 4 to 10 years old
Grouped according to their age (4-6 years old & 7-10 years old), campers will take advantage of different communication contexts to develop their English language competencies and to better understand and express themselves in English.Two hours a day are devoted to fun lessons to review concepts learned during the school year and/or to prepare for the start of the new school year, while sports activities, led in English, complete the day.
French Multisports/Arts – 7 to 10 years old
Children enrolled in this combo will develop their imagination and creativity through various artistic activities (mainly fine arts, but also drama, music and dance) and all of their motor skills by practicing a wide variety of physical activities throughout the rest of the day.
French Multisports/Robotics– 7 to 10 years old
This robot design and animation program (LEGO MINDSTORMS Education) builds on participants ingenuity. Are you up to the challenge?
French Multisports/Science – 7 to 10 years old
Curious young children are introduced to the world of science and technology through different interactive experiences every day, in addition to participating in a wide variety of sports activities.
French Multisports/Circus – 9 to 12 years old
In addition to practicing various sports activities, young circus artists develop their potential in different circus disciplines every day.
French Multisports/Rock climbing – 9 to 12 years old
This combo promotes learning and development of climbing skills. Two hours a day are dedicated to this activity.

Schedule
A schedule of five activity periods per day, including specific moments for hygiene routines, is suggested to each group, all while taking into account the age and development of each participant.
Two of the five periods are reserved for the specialized activities for a total of 10 hours per week.
*The detailed schedule of activities will be available in your Customer area as of the Friday before your child's stay.

Apprentice Counsellor - Ages 13 to 15
Presentation of the program
A one week program which initiates young individuals to the world of animation is now offered to those hoping to follow in the footsteps of their favourite counsellors. Throughout their stay, they will learn more about their role and responsibilities as a counsellor, about the different intervention and animation techniques, in addition to discovering an impressive array of games and songs.
On the Friday following their arrival, the assistant counsellor will receive a telephone call from a team member of the day camp to discuss with him/her the team they will be assigned to as well as the logistics of arrival on the Monday morning. At the end of the week, he/she will also receive a list of games, songs, tips and tricks.
Schedule
With a schedule under the supervision of an experienced counsellor, the apprentice counsellor will be paired to a group and will have to follow the activity schedule as planned.

5-day stays are offered between June 27th and August 19th, 2022.
