Marilyse Richard-Robert

President

Committed to young people for over 20 years and now the mother of two children, Marilyse has held the position of executive director since 2014. Involved in all spheres of the organization, marketing, human resources, and operations, she puts to use her entrepreneurial qualities to put together, alongside her team, her vision and her ideas and thus to allow as many young people as possible to benefit from the Edphy experience, which has also earned her the nomination of Young entrepreneur of the year in 2018 by the CCITB.

A teacher by formation, she has taught for several years in a disadvantaged and multicultural environment and she, to this day, attaches a particular importance to the education and training of our future citizens, whether it be through the experience of children or counsellors. She has also made a point of getting involved in the community, which led her to the creation of the Edphy Foundation.

Currently a member of the board of directors of the Association des camps du Québec, Marilyse is actively involved in community life as she uses her experience and expertise to serve her industry, thus following in the footsteps of the organization’s founder., Mr. Yvan Dubois.

Guillaume Mallette

VP finance and development

Having been active in sports and recreation for several years, specifically as a ski school director, Guillaume joined our team in 2015. He now works closely with the President and ensures the sales of Edphy International’s programs and services locally and internationally.

Lara Pettinicchio

Executive director

A member of the team for over ten years now, Lara has distinguished herself through her managerial skills and her knowledge of the sector, which has allowed her to climb the corporate ladder over the years and to be entrusted with the full-time position of director of customer experience and Edphy camps as of 2017.
Versatile, she is responsible for customer service, human resources management and operations, and is involved in marketing and development. She therefore ensures, on a daily basis, that the experience of each family, from giving information to the end of the stay, is exceptional.
A McGill graduate in teaching, she is passionate about education - including languages - and working with young people. She therefore attaches particular importance to the programs offered and makes a point of being present on the phone and on various sites to meet all children and their families.

Andréa Léon

Accounting technician

With a DEP in accounting, Andréa has developed a real passion for numbers and for the creation of tools allowing businesses to become more efficient. A mother of two, she already managed a home daycare before devoting herself to accounting in various large companies.
In search of a more family-friendly work environment, she joined us in 2020. Originally from Mexico, trilingual and extremely bubbly, she is an important asset to our team, especially in this period of growth and international development.

Lise Richard

Customer Service Manager

Newly retired from the Commission scolaire des Laurentides, Lise has spent the past years at the reception of the École Hôtelière des Laurentides. Eager to stay active and work with the public, she decided, to our delight, to join our team and to take over as our customer service manager. Warm, attentive and experienced with young people and clients, she will be able to advise and reassure you whether this is your first experience with camp or if you’re a regular!

Giulio Mazzella

Youth and leisure coordinator for Edphy Nature centre

A graduate in science and technology education in secondary school, Giulio has been part of our contractual team for several years now. After living in China for 2 years to teach English and to study Mandarin there, he returned to Quebec where he chose to do substitute teaching, in order to keep free time to get involved in the community, with the Youth Education Corporation among others. A basketball and handball player, he also attaches great importance to sports and physical activity, which led him to take an interest in Edphy’s mission.

Elise Roy

Coordinator of Edphy International Day Camp at Regina Assumpta

Very involved in the organization and operations of the camp since 2019, Elise has accepted the challenge of leading our day camp in Regina Assumpta in 2023. A plastic arts teacher, she is happy to be able to promote Edphy’s mission, that of to contribute to the optimal and global development of each child by transmitting universal values.

Elizabeth Lachance

Coordinator of Edphy International Day Camp at Edouard-Montpetit

For a second year, Elizabeth will take over the day camp for which she has worked for since 2020. This law student is delighted to be part of the Edphy team and to collaborate again with its team of counsellors while putting her personal touch and making sure campers have an amazing summer!

Stefany Courteau

Coordinator of Edphy International Day Camp at Ste-Thérèse

A graduate in special education and mother of three, Stefany has worked in the world of camps since 2003. She has held several positions including counsellor and coordinator and she currently works as a Specialized educator in an elementary school. Passionate about sports and implicated in everything involving children, she likes being able to move! That’s why she is very excited to coordinate our Académie Ste-Thérèse day camp this summer!

Zoe Labelle

Coordinator of Edphy International Day Camp at Villa Maria

A member of the Edphy team since 2021 and former interim camp chief of our Villa Maria camp, Zoé has decided to take on a new challenge this summer, that of taking charge as coordinator! A student in natural sciences and health, she is delighted to be part of the Edphy team and to collaborate again with a team of dynamic counsellors and specialists!

Jasmine Livie

Very involved in the organization and operations since 2019, Jasmine has accepted the challenge of leading our day camp at Collège Beaubois this year! This Engineering student is delighted to be part of the Edphy team and to collaborate with a new team of counsellors while putting her personal touch and ensuring that campers have a great summer!
