Last Friday, we learned that Edphy International is a finalist in two categories for the upcoming Stella la CCITB gala: “Company committed to its community” and “Work-study balance.”

For almost six decades, the organization has demonstrated a deep and consistent commitment to initiatives aimed at promoting the health and well-being of young people and their families. Beyond their financial contributions to various families and organizations, his team volunteers by sharing their experience and skills on various boards (Association des camps du Québec, Au coin de MA rue, centre de pédiatrie sociale en communauté, Edphy Foundation) and by supporting initiatives that promote environments conducive to the health and development of young people and their families (donations of surplus food to Book Humanitaire, meal preparation for Café coup de coeur, hosting of children from the Destination C.A.M.P. program as well as several foundations and organizations). So, she welcomes this recognition with great pride.

Also, for the second consecutive year, Edphy International and their partner, Camps et clubs de jour E.I., are delighted to see that their structured efforts to actively support the academic perseverance of employee-students working at each of their six sites (flexible and adapted schedules, Edphy campaign, stepping stone towards your future, scholarship awards, etc.) are bearing fruit. They continue to improve their best practices and engage in developing competent and qualified successors, and they are pleased to see that their efforts not only bear fruit but can also serve as inspiration for other organizations in the region.

Join us on May 31st to find out the winners in each category: fingers crossed!
